In April 2018 our company won a tender of the Russian venture company (RVC) for the provision of legal services to support the transaction on establishing a corporate venture fund in the form of an investment partnership under Russian law. RVC and two large Russian companies will be investors of the fund.
We are very proud of this achievement, as the leading Russian and international law firms took part in the tender. We also appreciate the opportunity of cooperation with RVC, the institution of venture market development and one of the leaders in the field of direct and venture investments.
