Norland Legal become a member of Russian Venture Capital Association

Today General Meeting of members of Russian Venture Capital Association (RVCA) has admitted our law firm to membership of this association, which main mission is to promote the Russian PE&VC market formation and development. Being the RVCA member means for us to bring our contribution to the formation of legal and entrepreneurial climate favorable for investment activities in Russia.

As a part of our activity in RVCA, we are planning to explore what terms and conditions parties are usually used by the parties for the PE&VC transactions in the Russian market and compare them with the best practices used in the Silicon Valley and other developed markets.
